花旗中国技术中心拟裁员3500人
通常会提供高于国内法定标准的赔偿方案。花旗计划对其位于中国上海和大连的技术中心进行人员调整，6月5日上午，有消息称，但相较国内企业普遍采用的N或N+1标准仍有明显提升。 近日，公司将分批次与员工协商签署解除合同协议，企业在裁员时依法应提供的补偿底线为N或N+1（如未提前通知）。并向员工通报了劳动合同解除的补偿方案。例如，外资企业在实施裁员时，2025年微软在上海的裁员中提供了N+8的补偿方案，花旗相关职能部门已召开内部会议， 花旗此次提出的补偿方案虽未达到微软等企业的水平， 据了解， 近年来，根据中华人民共和国劳动合同法，而梅赛德斯-奔驰中国地区的裁员补偿甚至可达N+11。预计涉及约3500名员工。整体补偿标准高于国家法律规定的最低要求。
